Originally written for FAWM 2023 (February Album Writing Month), this was a challenge song - write a song with only one chord.

I alternated between the guitar carrying the chord and the bass. For the released version, though, I did add some extra chords to keep interesting and moving. My guitar cable was also shorting out during the recording, but I liked how all the noise sounded, so I kept it in.

Lyrics were written while listening to my favorite Static-X song "The Trance Is The Motion".
