The first song to be written and finalized for this album. Yeah, I could have used "Shut Up the voices"... but it's not about shutting them "up", but turning them off... and "Turn off the voices" just didn't flow as well...

So, yeah, many of us neurodivergent people have a constant flow of thoughts. For some of us it's different voices (so sometimes we're misdiagnosed as schizophrenic), and for some of us it's our own voice with very negative thoughts about our selves.

So, sometimes, we just gotta yell "Just shut up!"
