I wanted to do something super simple and brutal. I came up with the drums first, then built the music around the main drum beat.

The lyrics came pretty easily, written right after I was told I would need a heart transplant.
I logically knew that I would eventually need a heart transplant, and I would for the last couple of years, I would say that I didn't see any other way to deal with my heart issues... But, it's different when it becomes a reality.
